Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday – Friday) only, not including bank holidays or any other holiday periods specified by us.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and more remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands may take slightly longer.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your product you can return it to us within 30 days as long as it is unused and re-saleable.

To return your order you must contact deborah@dastardlyline.com within 14 days of receipt stating your name, address, order number and reason for the return. After receiving our confirmation you can return the goods to us.

Goods are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting and retain this until the refund has been processed.

We are not responsible for any lost returns.

On receipt of the returned goods, we will refund to the original method of payment the full price paid for the items returned to us, providing they are found to be in a saleable condition.

Postage on returns, refunds and exchanges will not be refunded unless the item is defective.

Legal

All Dastardly Line products are made from surplus which is often slightly damaged and so every item we sell is unique and flawed in some way. We love that every one of our products is individual and think that is part of their charm.
